The queen size bedroom offers an elevated poster bed and amazing water and island views from bed. The completely renovated bathroom with beautiful tile work offers access from the bedroom or kitchen and includes a deep tub/shower combo. The kitchen has also been completely renovated and is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay. Indoor dining for four offers amazing views or enjoy outdoor dining on the large balcony. Relax in the living area with entertainment center with ipod/phone plug for playing your own music through Bose surround sound speakers and enjoy the wrap around-all encompassing views. This villa is located steps away from the shoreline pool. Parking is nearby the villa.

St. Thomas features many wonderful restaurants within an easy drive or taxi ride. If you prefer al fresco dining on your terrace overlooking more than a dozen Caribbean islands, rest assured the kitchen is well supplied. We know you will appreciate the value of having a kitchen versus staying in a hotel room just like we do.

We are located on the east end of St. Thomas just five minutes from Red Hook, home to the ferry boats to neighboring islands and the best nightlife and restaurants on the island. Just one mile away is the number one tourist attraction and best snorkeling beach on St. Thomas: Coral World and Coki Beach. One mile in the other direction is beautiful and peaceful Lindquist Beach. Magens Bay and Little Magens Bay beaches are located just 5 miles away. Traveling to St. Thomas is easy. A U.S. Passport is not required unless venturing over to the British Virgin Islands by ferry. We are only 8 miles from the Airport.
Sea3 Penthouse is an independently operated villa rental located within the Point Pleasant Villa Owners Association Condominium Property on the East End of St. Thomas.    We are not part of the Resort Hotel Program at our location. Sea 3 Penthouse has chosen not to be part of the Resort Hotel Program for many reasons; the main one being WE DON'T WANT TO CHARGE RESERVATION OR RESORT FEES.  The main difference between renting directly with us through Coral Ridge and a unit only available through the Resort Hotel Program is that THIS is the property you will have upon your arrival!  No shuffling of rooms around or receiving a condo you did not book.   Coral Ridge Realty is readily available in case there are issues.   Just Remember, by choosing and booking with us, there are NO RESORT FEES, NO RESERVATION FEES, VRBO Fees or Airbnb Fees. Don't be fooled, all 3 pools are open and available to all guests at no extra charge.
